Madolka grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the ACI Dashboard software ("Software") for your internal business purposes, subject to the terms below and the tier purchased.
Each license is locked to a single machine identified by its Machine ID. The Individual edition is licensed for a single user on a single desktop. The Server Edition is licensed for unlimited users on a single Docker host. You may not share, sublicense, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or decompile the Software.
Licenses are sold as annual subscriptions processed through our authorized payment partners (LemonSqueezy, Paddle), who act as the Merchant of Record. Licenses renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date.
An active license entitles you to all software updates released during the license period at no additional cost.
You may not: (a) share your license key or license.dat file with third parties; (b) use the Software on more machines than your license permits; (c) remove or modify any proprietary notices; (d) use the Software for competitive analysis.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Madolka does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted. The Software reads data from Cisco APIC in read-only mode and does not make configuration changes to your network infrastructure.
In no event shall Madolka be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Software. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the license in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Madolka may terminate your license if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Software and any associated license files.
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
