If you are not satisfied with the ACI Dashboard software for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.
Send an email to support@madolka.com with your order reference number and the email address used for purchase. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
Upon refund, your license will be revoked and the Software will no longer function on the licensed machine. You must delete all copies of the Software.
Refund requests made after the 14-day period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse.
