When you purchase and activate a license, we collect: your email address, a Machine ID (a hash derived from your computer hardware), and your order reference number. We do not collect names, addresses, or any network data from your Cisco ACI fabric.
Your email is used solely to deliver your license file and communicate about your license status. Your Machine ID is used to generate a machine-locked license. We do not use your data for marketing or share it with third parties.
The ACI Dashboard software does not phone home, collect telemetry, or transmit any data from your network. All communication between the Software and your Cisco APIC stays on your local network.
Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record partners (LemonSqueezy, Paddle). We do not store credit card numbers or payment details. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for payment data handling.
We retain your email and Machine ID for the duration of your active license plus 12 months after expiry. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@madolka.com.
The license activation portal uses only essential session cookies required for the activation process. We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
